Well, at last I can post photos of 2 cards I have made recently. I couldn't post before today incase the recipients saw them but should be okay now.

The first one is my youngest sons 10th birthday card. I literally put this together in a few moments and once cash had fallen out of it this morning he didn't pay it much attention - kids eh!
The background paper is from Kanban (what will I do when I run out of stuff from Kanban) and the image is another one of Dustin Pikes - I love his drawings. Coloured in with Promarkers.

I can't believe Lewis is 10 already, where did that time go. Suppose I should think about trying to lose the baby fat now!!!

The second card is for my lovely friend Elaine and her hubby for their 25th Wedding Anniversary. It's a Tri-fold card from Splitcoast Stampers, the paper and images are from the Smirk range, bassill cardstock and ribbon, peel-offs and flower from stash.

  1. Love your 10th Birthday Card Jo - make sure you put it somewhere safe for your son when he's a bit older he will love to have these things to look back on! Your tri fold card is good too I've never tried them but am tempted to give it a go. How are things with your Mum hope she's going well!

  2. Hello my pal xx Lewis' birthday card is fantastic! Is it a digi iamge? I think Michelle was playing with one yesterday :0)Elaine is thrilled with her card - Its the actual day today so they are out for a meal at lunchtime and tea at Nicholas tonight xx

  3. Great cards Jo and yes I was playing with that one yesterday, trying to get some images coloured for the next challenge on Dare U. Elaines card made me laugh - tried to imagine Elaine and John......
    Ok - bye for now
